AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — A Texas jury on Friday sentenced a woman to 90 years in prison for the May 2022 shooting death of rising professional cyclist Anna “Mo” Wilson in a case that sent investigators on a 43-day international search for the killer.Jurors deliberated for just over three hours before delivering the verdict for Kaitlin Armstrong, who investigators say tracked Wilson to the apartment where she was staying and shot her three times. They took only two hours on Thursday to convict her. Prosecutors said Armstrong, 35, gunned down the 25-year-old Wilson in a jealous rage. (AP) — Several people were shot Friday at the New Hampshire state psychiatric hospital, police said.State police said there were “multiple victims” in an alert released via social media late Friday afternoon. A City of Miami police officer faces federal charges for allegedly exploiting his position to stage traffic stops, seizing cash and fake cocaine, and splitting the proceeds with an accomplice.Federal charges were filed Friday against 40-year-old Frenel Cenat of Boynton Beach. According to the criminal complaint, Cenat collaborated with an individual he believed to be involved in drug trafficking.Cenat reportedly agreed to use his MPD-issued unmarked vehicle and police position to stop a vehicle driven by an undercover agent posing as a drug trafficker. Cenat believed the driver was carrying a substantial amount of drug money. Miami Police are seeking help from the public in identifying a subject involved in a burglary that was caught on camera.According to investigators, the incident took place on Friday, Oct. 13, at approximately 10:10 a.m. in the area of Northeast Third Avenue and 69th Street. A suspect is dead after multiple people were hurt in shooting at a psychiatric hospital in Concord, New Hampshire Friday, authorities said.
